Welcome to the Exeter Rambling Club. Founded in 1938, the club is nearly 85 years old and is Exeter’s longest established walking group, affiliated to HF Holidays and a member of The Walking Partnership.
We are an informal and friendly group of people of all ages and abilities, drawn from Exeter and the surrounding area, who enjoy walking in the wonderful Devon countryside and further afield.
We organise walks every weekend (usually Sunday) and on some weekdays throughout the year, each led by an experienced member.
Our walks range over Dartmoor and Exmoor, sections of the South West coastal path and elsewhere in rural Devon, Somerset, West Dorset and North Cornwall.
We offer a varied programme of walks to suit all tastes and ability levels.

Subscription is currently £10 per person per year (from March 2024 to February 2025).
